Zara Apartments - Melbourne

Special note of thanks to manager. We greatly enjoyed service and people, nothing to complain about.

The location..close to where we attended a wedding, and close to everything! Very comfy bed, and a decent bottle of wine. Also good quality bathroom requisites.

The keypad entry is a bit of a procedure, we noticed for others as well as ourselves and another couple could not get in to their room. The fridge in our room was blocked with a huge amount of ice, so the door was not closing properly, and we had to turn it off and were not able to use it as a result. Alo the basin in the bathroom leaked, so a little bit of maintenance needed.

Location was good, the electronic bookin worked well. Very small set of apartments, on a busy Kings Way, to our surprise there was very little sound from this due to double glazing and insulation.

We liked the decor and style impressed, but unfortunately the finish and the functionality of some of fittings were lacking attention, like leaking plumbing fittings in shower, gas stove not funtioning properly and very poor quality cooking utensils, apart from that it gets the thumbs up for location. Thumbs down for the keypad to enter was not very user friendly.

Noise of stairwell echoing for room 1 swipe problem with check in screen initially check in screen wouldnt reset so I could do car park check in 1 more car in carpark than designated bays on 1 evening

i liked the everything about the thunit it suited me for wht i needed

alittle cramped but good for one person thought the check in could be a little earlier

The apartment was a nice surprise by its newness, its cleanliness.

It was a very clean and beautiful room. The service was amazing! When I called to ask them something they answered quickly and helped as much as they could!

No room service :p But in all honesty what I got was exactly what I needed

Apartment is clean, nice and new . Overall Zara is a nice apartment suitable for business people as there free wifi for work .

Basin in the toilet is way too small .I would prefer to add a lock from the inside of the apartment.

The self check-in and check-out facility was very convenient and the quality fot he stay overall was very good.

The friendly staff on the phone were very helpful, the room had everything we needed, close to tram station and walking distance to cdb

I liked that the Apartments were clean and had cooking facilities and a washer/dryer.

minor thing - i specifically requested twin beds, but got a double. luckily my mate could stay elsewhere.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The layout of the room was modern. It definitely lived up to expectation.

no bedside table or lamp and the wash basin was way too small.

Apartments are clean and not badly equiped.

2pm booking in time? Not a very good location, no reception or people to discuss issues with. I will definitely not stay here again.
